Overall our room was ok. At check-in we weren't greeted, so that was awkward. The parking lot flooded up to 6in of water. We paid extra to have breakfast included but there is no "breakfast". They have a starbucks cafe and only give you a $20 for up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything on the menu starts at $10... so skip the breakfast.
Lovely and helpful staff for check in. Was able to park my car and unpack very quickly! Close enough to enjoy the city but in a location that feels a lot safer and quieter. Travelling as two young girls so very important to feel safe and looked after! Super clean and comfy.
I liked the property and staff. While it was not the fault of the staff, I awoke to water leaking through the bathroom ceiling, which prevented me from being able to use the bathroom and forced me to check out early
The hotel is lovely. The staff very friendly and helpful. The shower was terrible. There must be a water savings device in the head. The water pressure was nearly non-existent.
We were in town for a family event. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area had quiet alcoves off to the side where about 10 of us sat in a living-room like area and talked for hours. The bar was open, so we were able to enjoy a few beers and glasses of wine as we reminisced.

Expedia charged me for breakfast but Courtyard shows no record
Front desk person was conducting an interview via phone while checking me in. That is he was interviewing for a new job for himself. Then shower water barely had any pressure. HVAC in room extremely touchy. Too cold - turned up 2 degrees. Then stifling. Then reduced 1 degree. A bit too cool. Did not find “just right” setting.
