Chinese group tourists are unacceptably noisy during nights and early mornings. I told front desk to do something for it and it worked only for 10 min.
Facility is very old and dirty especially in the bathrooms.
団体中国人が大声で騒ぐので、うるさくてしょうがない。
安ホテルなので、廊下の音が部屋で丸聞こえなため、夜は廊下で大騒ぎが続けられ、早朝にツアーに出発する騒ぎで寝ていられない。
水回りは設備の古さもあり、とても汚い。
Staff at front desk have little authority to help guests. Their knee-jerk reaction is to ask for a fee. Or they have to call the manager. Something that the hotel has no control over is the loud clashing music from across the street at a restaurant hub. You NEED ear plugs. Pool is nice as is the lobby. Rooms are dated. There’s a kettle but no coffee or cups - symbolic of way hotel is run.
