The staff were very friendly and hospitable. However the room I was initially given was absolutely disgusting. The pillowcases had drool stains (I hope they were just drool stains) all over them, and there was an overpowering stench that literally made me gag upon entering the room. It smelled like sewage, and was even stronger in the bathroom. So I would assume this means there is a problem with the plumbing. I arrived to the hotel very late after a 10 hour journey, and I really didn’t want to be a nuisance. But the smell was so terrible I couldn’t sleep. I finally asked to change rooms, and the second rooms’ smell was much much better. Though the sheets still had stains on them. At that point though, it was nearly 3am and I was just grateful I wasn’t breathing in waste fumes. The rooms were nowhere near as cute as the photos posted online. It is more like a run down motel, complete with plastic patio furniture (not the furniture pictured) and a questionable shower that appeared to be in desperate need of some bleach. There was parking, but it was a street over. So if you have a lot of luggage you’ll either need to take a few long trips or risk leaving it locked in the trunk. The booking came with a free breakfast, which was pleasant. And they are pet friendly, charging 300baht extra for your furbaby’s stay. I feel hesitant to post this, because the staff really was very sweet and accommodating. But the inexcusable sewage smell and the dirty linens really ruined my stay.

Madam, many thanks for your feedback concerning your stay in our property. I really would like to apologize for this. We had a meeting with the maids in order to understand your un-satisfaction and took already all measures about what happened. At the same time, I was very surprised when I read your review as you book for one night, and then the day after, you book again for a second night, so maybe it was not so terrible as your description... Who knows ?

Nichts besonders, 100m vom Strand jedoch kein schöner Strand. Kein Aufzug, enges Treppenhaus, viele Bars direkt vor der Tür, sehr laut.

Not for family hotel
The location is not for family environment because its in the alley where the bars play music loud into late night. I did not like the skinny steep stairs having to carry large suitcases without help because we are elders. There is no elavator. If you use credit card to pay, there will be additional charge. There is no telephone in the room. If you want to stay here with less noise, stay the other side (not balcony).

All the people working there were very nice , the only negative comment I have is the water pressure... which is almost none existing! Not the biggest problem , but if you have more than 3 hairs on the head it’s hard to wash your hair ;-)

Hotellet er helt greit, og personalet er hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rommet var noe slitt, og det var ikke mulig å låse altandøren. I omtalen står det sjøutsikt, noe jeg heller ville kalt sjøgløtt. Det som virkelig trekker ned er nabolaget hotellet ligger i. Det var bråk hver kveld til langt på natt. Vi visste ikke det før vi kom, men dette er, etter hva vi har blitt fortalt, Cha Am sitt "red light district". Ikke et sted jeg anbefaler for familier.

good location close to beach,7-11,nice coffe shop and a local restaurant that's open 24hr check inn was quick with friendly staff was offered choice of rooms a 500bht deposit is required rooms are exactly as in photos,rooms was clean very comfy bed with good duvet cover,tv has some english language channels,2 bottles of water and 2 coffee and tea given everyday,room was cleaned whenever we asked by friendly cleaning lady something to note if you have difficulty in walking there is no lift umbrellas and towel for beach was provided i stayed 6 nights with my partner and my 2 year old daughter in balcony terrace room we enjoyed our stay there

On s'y sent comme chez-nous
Frédéric, un propriétaire ayant ses clients à cœur, est une perle de jeune homme. Vous le rencontrerez sûrement. Notre chambre 40 était impeccable. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Nous avions un bon wifi. Le balcon est un atout mais il y a des chambres pour tous les budgets. Nous avons bien dormi nos 5 nuits. Le personnel est adorable et on peut communiquer en anglais un peu ce qui est un plus. Nous avons pu stationner nos vélos devant la réception en toute sécurité. La mer est à deux pas.

Location was excellent. Hotel was a very positive surprise, definitely the best you can get with that money.

Helt klart prisvärt och trevlig ägare med personal, har en egen restaurang på andra sidan gatan som serverade bra frukost.

I accidentally doubled booked this guesthouse, the guesthouse won't refund my booking .. one to avoid

Kyllä. Tämä on oikeesti hyvä
Tämä oli parasta mitä hintaluokassa löytyy. Kaikki äskettäin rempattua ja tilava, mukava parveke. Tosi ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia työntekijöitä, hyvää englantia puhuivat. Olisin jäänyt tähän koko kahdeksi viikoksi, mutta tarjolla oli toiseksi viikoksi vain no-window ja isoja perhehuoneita. Jos tänne vielä tulen, mikä on todennäköistä, niin eipä tarvitse hotellia miettiä jos vain on tilaa.
