Isela thank you for your honesty; definitely would have appreciated you told us about the lack of "cleanliness" while you were here. We did have your room upstairs but had to do a last minute adjustment due to the AC that blew out. We have to ship everything from the city, and hiring an available license electrician is always a challenge on this island to find. Either way we went above and beyond in holding your room despite the countless attempt to get a deposit from you prior to your arrival. furthermore, the room you booked was for double occupancy; day of arrival it was 3 people the 1st night then lead to 4 people in that room the 2nd and 3rd night. Please note never did we approach you about paying the extra for these additional persons.
