The resort is absolutely stunning. All the views are incredible. However, they failed to notify us that it was under construction, and that it is a non-smoking resort. The resort itself is wonderful. All the amenities were under construction, so unfortunately, that was not disclosed. The staff was friendly and helpful most of the time, but not all the time the snack bars were not open late. It was hard to get food after 10 PM. It could be because of the CONSTRUCTION, but I won’t know otherwise the views are stunning and the resort itself is clean.

The views of the ocean and other bodies of water were amazing. The resort iteself is quite old and in need of repairs in some areas. There was construction going on during our stay which was loud. Some areas were blocked off which limited where we could go. The food in the buffet was mediocre, a bit better in the restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff were very nice and helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel is nice and well kept. The sushi restaurant didn’t offer too much variety, the pool could be a bit cooler. It was very hot when we went so the pool was also warm. I would definitely stay again in this resort! If you don’t like too much heat, don’t go in August it was super hot.

The resort It’s was clean all the staff very nice and servicial but the place was in costruction a lot of noise all day long start early in the morning tha food was terreblo the same food every day in the buffet and the Italian restaurant it’s was a littke opción and a lot sodio in the guacamole and the sup to my wife sleepy and fall in side the room because the water gies thru the balcony door and part of the room it’s was water in the floor we reporter the the office they send a person to clean the floor but they say it’s because you guy live the door open it’s not thru we so end all day inxcaret and we got at the rom at 12 pm

This was such an amazing resort. Our butler was simply amazing and took such good care of us. the service in all restaurant's/bars were fantastic. The resort was super clean. Will will be returning. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive with the butler service.

My family and I love this resort. Everyone is always so welcoming. Our butler Jessica went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Erica who works in the Italian restaurant is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She was always the highlight of our day. Even with renovations happening, our vacation was perfect. Every member of staff at this resort are incredible. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.
