Dear guest,thank you for your words about the hotel. We are sorry if your colleagues at the reception seemed unkind, we would never want it to be like that. Sorry. We checked for what you say but your reservation for the triple Deluxe has been respected: the room where you slept is exactly a triple Deluxe without any room or price upgrade that was exactly what you confirmed in the expedia booking. Apart from that you have paid separately only the city tax, which is mandatory by law (2 euros per day for 2 adults for 3 nights 12 euros total). We are sorry for the double payment you have encountered but the hotel did not have your card but only an expedia virtual card where we charged the amount arrived from the web portal. I am sure you will be able to solve it better with expedia. Wishing you all the best
