Quaint property with a great location. Some of the room needed a bit of a freshening and there were long dark hairs stuck to the bed linens. Normally this would have horrified me but it didn’t feel ‘dirty’, just something that happened. A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the old town sites. Many restaurant options in a variety of price ranges. Would book there again.

Was a lovely welcome even though we did not arrive until after 11pm.Was great that they spoke some english as my Spanish not very good. They where always very helpful and lovely welcome when you came back. Bedrooms where a nice size, everything to a high standard. Only one thing that would have been good would have been something to make a cup of normal tea, but think that is a British thing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Caceres as it is so central. It was so good we have booked to go back end of March

Lovely stay
I stayed at Don Carlos Cáceres for a week while attending a course nearby and it was perfect. My room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and kind. Fantastic location in the old city as well. I will stay there again the next time I visit Cáceres.

OK hotel in Caceres
Good location in Caceres in the middle of the Old Town. The hotel is an older yet renovated building. The room was nice but a bit "tired", e.g., the windows did not lock, so we closed the blinds when we were out of the room for the day, and at night. Breakfast was OK. The parking station was a bit difficult to find, but only a few minutes away from the hotel.

Gute Lage zur Plaza Mayor und Cuidad Monumental. Frühstück ok. Personal hilfsbereit. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Architektur original, aber dafür dunkel. Hellhörig. Zimmer 102 hat ein Fenster auf Innenwandschlucht.

Old and classic with modern facilities.
It was fab-I wasn't expecting it to be as well equipped or comfortable as it actually was- knowing it was a historical building-but my room had everything I needed and reception lent me an adapter to help charge my phone when I realised I had forgotten mine.

Perfect location but...
Nice location, nice room, staff exceptionnal and really kind. Main big problem, there is a night club just under the hotel, vibration and sound in my room. Not possible for me to sleep before 2AM.

Nice location
The hotel is in a great location in Caceres. The room was very comfortable. Two improvements I would suggest are that the shower leaked water all round the bathroom as the shower tray did not have a sufficient depth to capture the water that built up due to slow drainage. Also the directions to exit the car park are very poor. Better signs are needed in the car park.

Muy bien situado para acceder a La Plaza Mayor
Muy buena situación. Es mejor dejar primero el coche en el aparcamiento (si las maletas no son excesivas) y luego ir al hotel. Por WhatsApp ten envían el código para abrir la puerta. El parking tiene plazas de tamaño correcto. El hotel correcto y la cama de 1.80 en habitación doble.
