Ok so 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child) stayed here in a chalet (Bungalow) for 7 days and 6 nights last week, room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that on day 3 we ran out of tea bags (there was initially only about 4 tea bags when we arrived), so I went to the reception asked for a refill, Jessica the receptionist gave me another 4 tea bags, and on day 5 we ran out again (3 of us are tea drinkers that’s why it ran out quickly) then I went to the reception and Jessica was on duty again, this time she aggressively refused to give me anymore because she has already given me a refill once and told me if I wanted more I needed to pay 50c per tea bag, I was so angry at the way and tone she spoke to me and I had no idea it was their rule to not refill more tea bags to customers like anywhere else, anyways after she spoke to me aggressively I just left the reception and asked a cleaner instead if I could speak to the manager on duty directly, later on a guy came over and I asked him if this “refill once only” was their rule and he said he has never heard about this before and said to me he will have a word with Jessica and sort it out, and in the end he delivered more tea bags to my room.
