"A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "

"Best apartment I’ve stayed in. If they are all in the same condition as no. 126 then it’s a great spot. A genuine home from home (with an adequate but smaller telly) in a great location with excellent facilities and very good value for money. "A very pleasing alternative to a hotel room. My apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly situated for my visit. Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port. "Brilliant property. Brilliant location and great amenities. Only issue was that it was the third floor which would be a problem for those unable to tolerate a lot of stairs. It is right in town and close to many shops , corner shops , restaurants, takeaways and bus/tram station. Within walking distance to the train station. "

"I recently stayed at The Stay Company for nearly a month, and it was an excellent experience. The location was fantastic, very safe, with a park just steps away and convenience stores nearby. The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning soon!"

"The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby.
