"The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. "

"Thank you. The only thing that I need to address was the towel was not enough as I add one person. Plus the refund that they owed me it didn't come through. The place was good. Enough space but toiletry resources was not enough. For example towels and toilet paper."

"Bed was rather uncomfortable and although we requested for a baby cot, was agreed upon prior and confirmed even at check in, there was done upon check in at about 9pm. We had to wait for a service staff to bring it up much later and she didn't know how to set it up as it was her first time. This was through no fault of hers as housekeeping was supposed to do it.
