There are two problems with this inn. One is the backpacker dormitory attached and noisy. It is also noisy because there are more migrant workers staying there than tourists, the SECURITY of the rooms is not good, and there is no electric kettle in the room. Secondly, the reception staff is not professional as they seem to be working holidaymakers. The receptionist is also in charge of the bar and food, so even in a simple old city, you will be treated again. I would not recommend this place for a family or a couple to stay!
We had been advised that breakfast was included, but on arrival we were told that they didn’t do breakfast anymore. Luckily we had the forms that had been sent to us.
It was very very basic. Disappointing.
Very refreshing and relaxing. Staff so helpful. Great atmosphere for chilling and very clean. Dining area open and spacious amongst the tropics.
Rooms were fresh. Ceiling fan as well as air con. Little things like supplied beach towel are nice touches.
Paid $259 for just 1 night in a very small queen room with very basic amenities. On top of that the location is nothing special compared to similarly priced accommodation in Broome. If those were the only issues I would have been happy to accept that this accommodation is just poor value for money and I would have moved on without writing this review. The reason I am writing is that, in addition to the above, the pool was out of order and the hot water in my room also did not work, such that I was forced to shower in cold water for my, fortunately brief, stay here. I reached out to the owners who said there was nothing they could do and who offered no remediation.
