I would like to clarify a few things regarding the comments you made here. The two rooms you were provided for your two separate reservations were exactly the same sized room. Exactly the same size. You made both bookings for 2 adults, even though you have an additional family member staying with you which we did not charge or penalize even though it's above our room occupancy limit. Please check your reservation details if you have doubts. For your second reservation, we were not aware of any ant issues until after your stay which we have rectified as you only stayed 2 nights. We are an open-plan motel so these things may occur, but please let us know during your stay if you encounter any issues so that we can make your stay a more pleasant one. We take great lengths to make sure our rooms are clean and comfortable. We have an older style motel, but our cleaning is to a very high standard. We are here 7 days a week. If there is any issues, we would advise our guests to come contact us at any time and let us know what the issue is so that we can make sure everything is perfect. Thank you for bringing issues to our attention and we will do our best to make sure our service and delivery is improved for future visit.
