I stay here with amazing. I would highly recommend it. Everyone was super nice and our room was amazing. Super close to the pier

Very welcoming and friendly when i arrived. The property ticked all the boxes i needed for my stay (for the marathon), room and bathroom were great and very friendly staff, thankyou.

Woeful room and painfully expensive ! !
Only for the fact that the staff were so helpful and caring.... I was going to ask for a large refund on what i paid, i couldn't request an upgrade because i was in one of the best rooms already, a double with ensuite. On arrival i was excitedly asked did i know the room rate and could i pay immediately £199 per night, i was booked for 2 nights. The room was Woeful, it's the saddest and most tired room i have ever stayed in, small, cramped with what looked a 2nd hand bed from a charity shop, the bedding looked liked it had not been ironed and dressed with a couple of 12" cushions to give it that luxurious feel that in itself was a joke, the tv did not have a signal and just buffered and crackled, the kettle could not be filled with the basin tap because it was a standard kitchen kettle and too big, there wasn't a plug for the wash basin and although there were cup/glass holders over the basin they didn't have any in them ....The shelf was hilarious , it is an off cut of skirting board turned upside down and so badly fitted that everything falls of it ... And finally the towels gave me exfoliation i hadn't expected with 2 of them having holes as big as golf balls in them ! ! I think if i'd been homeless in the middle of January and offered a place here for the night Free, i would have found reasons to complain and then to top it off ...no breakfast ! ! I'm sorry i didn't upload any pics ... But i think i've painted a good picture here. Relax Inn sort it out ! !

Dear Robert, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Ideally we would prefer if you would of gave us your feedback when you saw us and we asked if you were having a nice stay. We could've made it more comfortable for you. We don't normally have reviews like this but we appreciate your detailed feedback. We will discuss your feedback with our manager. We appreciate taking your time to rate us and will take your review into consideration. About the payment our policy is to pay on arrival. Your marketing stated that breakfast was free, in fact there was no breakfast as they do not cater for it, The reservation was booked with this in mind no reduction in price was offered

Dear guest, as we spoke maybe there was a misunderstanding between the hotels you were staying, from check in to check out we told you that no breakfast was served. Everywhere in your booking there was nothing written. Your review is not fair based on that matter, thanks anyway. Have a nice day!
