Dear Sunnyalpha, Thank you for the compliments despite of some disappointments you have encountered. We are delighted to hear that you like Panoramic view as well as our team’s helpfulness and clean restaurant. Regarding the noise disturbance you had during your stay, kindly understand that the resort is surrounded by 4 local villages which from time to time will have local events and sometimes it is not possible for us to avoid the disturbance occurs around the resort. However, we tried to get the local events information as many as we can and notify our guests in advance to avoid any surprise effect during the stay. We also provide an earplug in every villa to minimize the disturbance. The mobility throughout the resort is very accommodating since we have buggy car stand by 24 hours, I regret to hear that you haven’t reach us to provide you with best location to lessen the steps and easy access to or from your villa.
