Excellent stay with pool, clean & breakfast buffet
This was a really spectacular stay as the room was spacious/clean and had a fridge, tv, air conditioning, good wifi, safe, hot water, and a deck (for the specific room provided). There was a great pool in the courtyard in a private space. There is also breakfast in the adjacent Japanese restaurant that serves a morning buffet from 7-10am with good options for omelet, braised chicken, pastries, ham/cheese, and coffee/tea/juice for a good value. Ali (spelling... sorry) was super informative during check-in and she kindly remembered to wish a happy birthday which I appreciated. The rest of the ladies there are very friendly and smiling to welcome you; the gentlemen not so much but service was efficient.

The AC stopped working…so I had two very uncomfortable nights. Staff were not bothered. Don’t stay here.

Mi esposo es bocatoreño y me comenta que cuando el hotel Swans Cay abrió sus puertas siempre fué su sueño quedarse ahí. Muchos años después, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocerlo y la verdad no nos arrepentimos. Las Instalaciones están super limpias, el personal es super amable, la piscina es lo máximo, (limpia y amplia) y por 4 días la tuvimos solo para nosotros. La única queja que tenemos es que reservamos una habitación con una cama doble standard y nos dieron 2 camas 3/4 unidas. o sea 2 camas 3/4 las cuales empujaron y pegaron. Obviamente al momento de dormir se sentía la endidura en la mitad. Decidimos no decir nada y simplemente nos acostumbramos. Por lo demás, volveríamos a usar el Swans Cay (pero que no nos vuelvan a dar dos camas pegadas).

The hotel it self is really nice, the breakfast is okay, even though the staff will close the buffet 15 min before to a sure they had food left for them. The rooms are okay however the bed from our room 225 was as hard as prison beds, my back was killing me for 3 days. The cleaning staff are extremely loud and do not respect guest sleeping. To top that off we arrived pretty early at the hotel but we’re informed we couldn’t check in because “they’re were no rooms available” so we stayed in the pool area while they had “availability” it was 11 am and the room225 was cleaned. I passed by receptionist at 12 and asked and the receptionist told me she still had no room available. I came back at 4pm and to my surprise I was given room 225. So they basically made me wait around just because, if I would have known this I would have paid an extra day just to have a room available but this wasn’t event offered to me.

Buen hotel, centrico y comodo.
Buen hotel. habitacion con camas comodas. Falta un poco de arreglo en los baños, ya que es un hotel en un sitio de playa y con piscina, deberia prestarse mas atencion a ese pequeño detalle. Por lo demas todo excelente.

Requiere mucho mantenimiento. Reportamos una gaveta y una puerta que funcionaban mal y nos dijeron que iban a revisar pero nunca llegaron. Solicitamos una almohada extra y no habían. El personal es agradable. La infraestructura del hotel está muy deteriorada.

The rooms are very small and clean. the location is in the heart of town. the pool is nice and the restaurant on location is a good breakfast deal at $8.90 for the buffet

We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights) at Swan's Cay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great, just steps away from our room and the water was the perfect temperature. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing that was not great was the dog tied up next to a house behind the hotel that barked every afternoon/evening, but not much the hotel can do about that.

Super hotel
Personalet var søde. Hotellet var også rigtig lækkert. Vores værelse lå dog ud mod diskoteker og barer, så der var en del støj fredag aften. Men alt i alt lækkert!

great location close to everything at isla colon but at the same time quiet no loud bars or restaurant next to this hotel which is a problem in bocas. Swans cay quiet and peaceful. the Hotel has a pool that not many hotel in bocas has one. they also have a nice sushi restaurant. great place i will be back soon

They mixed up the rooms. Then gave me a different room but not like my previous, offered an upgrade for $95. The Hotel was under maintenance and smelled like straight paint. No room service the whole stay. Needless to say we will not be staying there anytime soon

Great for the price and location.
Service is excellent. They allow for luggage storage and shower use after you check out. My room had a couple dead bugs in it but was otherwise clean.

Great location
Great location. One of the few places in Bocas with a pool. Nice to have refrig in room. Great bathroom.

Hotellet var fint og værelset var virkelig stort. Det eneste der havde været rart at vide var, at hotellet lejer deres pool og pool område ud til lokale børnefødselsdage, hvilket gør det lettere ulideligt at opholde sig ved poolen, mens det står på. Poolens tilstand var efterfølgende ikke videre indbydende.
