La propiedad es muy bonita, el personal es muy amable, pero ya esta muy deteriorada y las puertas de las habitaciones son muy inseguras, no tienen su seguro de cadenita. y como son muy antiguas las puertas se ve como que quedan abiertas, y uno las empuja y queda la duda. los baños ya estan muy antiguos.

me encontre con un grupo muy grande hospedado, muy ruidoso y acapararon el restaurant para ellos. así que las opciones del desayuno en la cafetería estuvo pésimo. Frio, cascaron de huevo en el huevo revuelto, chilaquiles salados, no me gusto nada.......

Bueno para estancias cortas, la habitación cómoda y con lo necesario, solo no cuentan con agua caliente (en nuestro caso nunca salió - solo agua tibia). El personal y servicio es muy amable.

As far as a budget friendly hotel near the beach and the city it’s hard to beat. For this I would rate it at 5 stars. The downsides are that the hotel is very dated, rooms and hotel areas are showing wear and tear but everything was clean. The walk over to the beach was close but you’re entering the public beach area. Staff seemed a bit annoyed with my presence.

This is an iconic hotel, unlikt the Hotel Ruiz Galindo in Fortín which is now abandoned, Hotel Mocambo mantains its character, sure needs a fresh coat of paint but other than that I am extremely pleased with my stay

The property is beautiful. Its beauty and history are incomparable, but property needs repairs. They have one restaurant with very little options and no room service. Location is not very convenient. The lady working the small gift shop is absolutely adorable very nice lady. The young man in the pool area goes above and beyond to make guests stay as pleasant as possible!

The staff was great (although primarily all Spanish speakers) from the front desk to the housekeeping team. I though the rooms were great. The mattress was a bit worn out but the room was super clean and with AC. There were a number of indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to the ocean. The breakfast was great and only 200pesos.

El hotel es muy bonito, el mar lo tienes a unos cuantos pasos, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Pero les falla un poco la limpieza y el mantenimiento. De igual manera, creo las almohadas son bastante duras, a mi hija le tuve que improvisar una con ropa y toallas.

Hotel muy viejo con poco mantenimiento, las fotografías exhibidas en la plataforma no son para nada apegadas a la realidad. El hotel es cuando mucho de dos estrellas. No lo recomiendo
