As usual, it's quite easy to share on the internet an adapted version of the truth when reality doesn't help. By choosing to book via a third-part website, you take a risk to face a lack of flexibilty due to the fact that you remain first the website's client. Moreover, you booked a Non-Refundable Rate, which is as it's clearly mentionned, non-refundable. You should have called the website to change the date of your stay because you bought to them, initially, and if we could have done it, it would have been our pleasure to do so. The most interesting part of your comment is that you rate us 2* after a No-Show ! Basically, you didn't check-in at the hotel... So, whatever you write to try to discredit us, I, as the professional hotelier I am, have to answer to the lack of objectivity you show.
