Comfortable and cozy little hotel right across the street from the water. Easy walking distance from downtown Bayfield. Check in was a breeze and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The suite we stayed in was very clean and the beds were good. Furniture in the living area was a little dated but good. We weren’t in the room much anyway. What a beautiful little quaint town and area. It was just off the water and in front of the ferry to the island.

We were treated with the utmost respect. As seniors they made accommodations for us to stay in a first floor room for the remainder of our stay. I inadvertently booked a second floor room and we couldn’t handle the stairs. The clerk was so very nice when we explained our situation. Fantastic

Best location!

Location is absolutely the best! Only downside is the shower- hardly any water pressure out the drizzling shower head. Yes, I’d stay here again! And again and again.

This is an older "home" that appears to have been added to multiple times to make this motel. We found it to be clean and comfortable with a nice bed in our unit. It is within walking distance (2-3 blocks) of everything in the downtown Bayfield area including shopping and restaurants. The water shuttles are directly across the street. I would recommend it and would stay there again

Our room was in the upstairs of the house part of this motel. Plenty of room and very clean. The shower stall is very small but worked well. Quaint place and perfect location.

Our room was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff was very diligent in keeping our room well kept and equipped on a daily basis. Upon entering we had to open windows in order to remove a disinfectant smell. Although the room was conveniently located, the room itself and especially the bathroom was extremely small. I felt like I was staying in a cabin on a cruise ship.

Cozy and Welcoming

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Check in was a breeze, our room was cozy and spotless, and we were able to walk to a local restaurant for a superb meal. Definitely would stay again, and longer!!

Comfortable, but...

The whole place is dated and needs a refresh. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but it is definitely a mom and pop operation. The location is great.

This was a great property. I’m a cleaning fanatic and our room was pristine. While the property, staff, location, and room was excellent, I was a little concerned about safety. The entrance from the road was not locked and the room only had a knob lock. I would feel a little safer with a door bolt of some kind. Also the chairs in the room were not comfortable for sitting with a book.
