Regarding the fridge, it's been our standard for favehotels that we do not prepare fridge in rooms. However, we will take this as something to be improved and will figure out how we can meet your expectation.Regarding the wifi, we will evaluate and make sure will keep improve it. We have done to give a refreshment training to our Team and keepmaintaining excellent service for all of our guests.Also, for the Hotel location, our location is in the nerve center of Batam so it is near to anywhere. Its walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall and only take 5 minutes by car to Grand Mall Batam, 10 minutes to Harbour bay Ferry Terminal and 30 minutes to Hang Nadim International Airport.
