Press the bell button in front of the gate, no one open, i was tired, one hour waiting, no response. I then went to another hotel, no taxi nearby so i should lift my heavy luggage to another place. Tired, money flew away, angry.
This kind of service is very disappointing. If you want to continue to open your guest house or whatever, give person that already pay something you've promised in your advertisement !
I'm very dissapointed to your hotel.com n de orange guesthouse.
1. hotel.com already confirmed and we payed for 1 night at that guesthouse, but when we wanted to checkin the hotel said the room is full.then they moved to another hotel. Turn out the condition is very2 bad not like room we saw in de orange guest guesthouse.
2. because we are unsatisfied and we feell cheated, we ask for them to refund, but they can't refund.
3. when we want seatled this case n looking for the solution, they are not any responds. even when we called the hotel they don't pick up the phone.Until now we haven't heared any news from them.
4.because the poor replacement hotel that they gived, we stayed another hotel.
