NO RECORD OF BOOKING EVEN THOUGH DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA (PAY ON ARRIVAL).EVEN THOUGH SHOWN BOOKING NUMBER WOULD NOT ACCEPT. ONE OF THE STAFF CAME FROM THE SAME VILLAGE and knew brother in laws family AND REALISED THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE , EVENTUALLY WERE GIVEN THE ROOM .THE FAMILY WERE TOLD NOT TO USE OVEN,TV OR DRYER FIRST NIGHT.THE COMPLEX HAD NO CONTACT NUMBER ON EXPEDIA. EVENTUALLY DAY2/3 OWNER ARRIVED AND WAS ALL APOLOGIES AND BOUGHT THEM A MEAL AND DRINKS HAD THE CHILDREN LEARN TO SWIM IN THE COMPLEX.THE COMPLEX SUPPOSEDLY HAD A CHANGE OF OWNER SHIP. NO DISCOUNT FOR FIRST NIGHT.JUST BE A LITTLE WARY. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO VET THEM MORE.
