"What a little gem of a find. Absolutely beautiful cottage right in the woods and yet a 5 min drive to town. Jack is a wealth of knowledge and there is bird and possum feeding at certain times. There are beautiful parrots, a goose, chickens and a free range rabbit. Kids would love this place and there is a play area for the littlies. "We loved the period renovations. A real cottage feel, simple, clean, great shower, warm clean bed,shampoo and conditioner supplied, tea, coffe, milk, great price. No complaints. Would definitely recommend this place to stay for 1 night or more. "

"Considerate stay, we were welcomed by clean and furnished stay with everything u need - clean sheets, clean toilet, the cottages provided extra pillows for my pregnant wife which I’m really pleased. My young children had so much fun with cockatoo and kangeroo spotting. We could hang out around the cottage with everything in one spot, cooking, juices, condiments provided when we forget ours. Really pleased with the stay"

"All the cabins are spaced out very privately- I had a great view of the property dam where you can do some kayaking. Cabin was well supplied with everything you need including a BBQ and all supplies you need for the fireplace. Wish I could have stayed longer."

"A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. We'd definitely stay here again! "
