Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Could walk for food or just a short drive. Property was dated but clean and all we needed. It was a very pleasant stay.

Was exactly as advertised. It is an older style motel, so don't expect everything to be modern inside, but it was perfectly comfortable and clean for one night. 10 minute walk to town centre

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had enough utensils and kitchen ware for a basic meal. There was no shampoo except bubblegum scented suitable for children and no soap for the shower. Other than that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The beach was just across the street and totally accessible. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and have a range of cuisines. Value for money and I would thoroughly reccommend the Summer Inn.

The garden area is a lovely surprise as you drive ibto the parking area. Would love to have some cuttings of some of the plants. We were disappointed in the quality of the towels, but otherwise enjoyed the stay

Good value close the beach
Summer Inn is an older style motel very close to the beach and only a short walk to the town centre. It is run by a young couple who live onsite and appear to be working hard to improve their motel with painting, equipment and developing the grounds. It is very clean and tidy. It is very good value for money compared with many Orewa options. Recommended.
