The staff was excellent. Let me start there. When I got there the room I actually booked wasn’t ready. Antwan put me in another room immediately. When I got in room 112 the TV wasn’t working. So Antwan put me in room 114. I went in my room and turned on the light. There were roaches crawling all over the fridge. I immediately walked out. I told Antwan he apologized and put me in room 124. I went in and inspected. Room seemed better. Went out with friends and got back. Washing up and the drain in the sink would not come up so the water wouldn’t go down. I ddnt even want to complain. My second night there…. I was exhausted. I was getting ready to go to sleep. I look up and there is a big roach on the ceiling….i got up and turned all the lights on. There was some baby roaches on the counter and the fridge. The front desk was closed so I had to deal with it and I ddnt sleep all night. YALL NEED TO GET PEST CONTROL IN HERE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Booked for a late check in but front drakes was closed and no answered the phone after multiple calls. Next morning, guest service was extremely rude and not helpful Blaming the customer and denying my refund. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Absolute worst hotel in the world!

I arrived at 2:45 am
After a long) delay flight.
To realize I don't have my room anymore after I booked it few days a head, and the reason they said I didn't show up on time to check in. What shameful experience.
It says clearly in the mail check in 3pm -10am.
I had to sleep outside me my girlfriend and my dog . Unbelievable this place needs to replace some people ASAP!!!!.
After all that didn't even got refunded

I mad the reservation and I get the the hotel and the lady at the front was extremely rude. And then she proceeded to tell me she can only give me on room because a lock didn’t work on a room and the told me so you can either sleep in that room or find something else and walked away from me when I was talking to her
