Excellent hotel and staff. The property is well kept and quiet. Takes maybe 2 minutes to walk to Truist Park. The bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious with a refrigerator. Parking is free with your room key and you park on the same level as the lobby. First time staying there but will definitely do so again.

We were traveling from FL to attend an event at the stadium. The only tricky part was that the floors numbers for the garage are not the same as the floor numbers of the hotel. It wasn’t bad when we figured it out but we did chase our tails a bit. The

The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. View from room was awesome. Loved the bar area. Great place to stay for the Atlanta Braves games. Ps Their beer selections are not limited.

This locaton was central to the activites that we wanted to do. It was modern, rooms were clean and they had amazing pillow. Only complaint is that the staff should chand common area trash more often. I smelled as if a dog owner disposed of waste and the can smelled in the hallway.

Mostly Positive with a Couple of Monir Negatives
Excellent location on the northwest side of Atlanta at the west end of the Battery. Vibrant nightlife in the area. Modern hotel. A bit awkward switching elevators between rooms and parking. Secure access to room flora in the elevator. Cons: very little privacy between the commode and room. Hard bed. Very soft pillows.

Likes: The property is convenient to shop, eat and catch Braves games, all without having to drive. Dislikes: Some staff members (not all) seemed bothered when asked for basic necessities such as fresh towels and trash disposal. I checked in on Thursday, October 26th and immediately requested that my room be cleaned daily due to reading some reviews where guests said that room cleaning had to be requested in advance. By Saturday, I still did not have fresh towels, nor trash disposal even after requesting it again on Friday afternoon. Saturday afternoon, I approached a worker at the bar and asked him if he worked in that area, he told me “no”, then said “why, what’s the problem”, as opposed to asking “how can I help you.” Some of the staff members should maybe take a class or have professional development sessions to improve hospitality.
