"Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...

"This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. "

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

"On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

"Our first stay at this property and it was a great surprise. Went for my 70th birthday and it was fantastic. Got a refurbished apartment and it was wonderful with everything you needed. Staff were great too especially the lady who managed the sunbeds. Perfect location for accessing the numerous bars and restaurants. Will be back a truly enjoyable holiday definitely a 10 out of 10"

"Fue mi segunda vez en este hotel y todo el staff es demasiado amigable y servicial. De verdad que da un gusto ir a este hotel. Para costa adeje no me lo pensaría. "We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes."
