Yesssssss ! The HôtelCecil***/Juan-les-Pins is rather an hotel of the type «Boutique Hôtel» installed in an old building built in 1890. Our particularity is actually to try to be close to our customers, to weave a link with them, you ... unlike hotel chains. All our rooms are unique, not one is the same. Establishments classified 3 stars in France, must offer a reception service open 12h / 24h. Concerning us, we are open from 8:00AM to 9:00PM. That's why we take an hour of lunch break from time to time: you had to arrive on these exceptional days! The check-in of the HôtelCecil***/Juan-les-Pins is from 14:30PM and not 14:00PM as you say but most of our guests arrive earlier, leave their luggages in the lobby, enjoy our room courtesy baths and come back later to access their room. When booking a hotel on online booking sites, be aware of booking conditions and facilities that are different for each establishment. Do not eat in your hotel room is quite common also in hotels in France and as for most hotels on Juan-les-Pins… The main thing about all this is that you had a pleasant stay! Regards, Delphine

Desde la adquisición del hotel, nos esforzamos invierno tras invierno para renovarlo. Todavía una planta entera para volver a organizar. Estas habitaciones se describen como «económicas» son muy asequibles para Juan-les-Pins. Ciertamente están anticuadas, pero nos esforzamos todos los días que sean lo más limpio posible. En cuanto a la vecindad, no controlamos las ventas, reembolsos y las transacciones inmobiliarias incluso menos real en la ciudad! Atentamente, Delphine

Ce n'est même pas vous qui avez fait la réservation si je me souviens bien… La prochaine ne faite confiance qu'à vous même pour sélectionner votre hébergement et visionner correctement les photos ainsi que les caractéristiques des chambres. Cette chambre était sans surprise : seulement 9m2, pas de climatisation et un lit simple pour une seule personne. Depuis, cette chambre n'existe plus puisque nous rénovons l'HôtelCecil***/Juan-les-Pins depuis 4 ans que nous l'avons acquis. Au plaisir de vous revoir dans une Chambre double Supérieure…

Since your stay in 2015, we have renovated almost all of our rooms with new bathrooms, new bedding, a mini-fridge and a new decoration ... Indeed at that time, before our renovations, we had no toilets to propose to us customers unfortunately; Since the summer season of 2016, on the first floor, we have created a small bathroom for this purpose with WC, shower and ironing board. Since then we have got a third star and we still do not have a safe in the rooms. This arrangement is not something obligatory. Maybe for establishments of 4 or even 5 stars! In 2015, the HotelCecil *** / Juan-les-Pins only had 2 stars and deserved to be renovated, I grant you, but what you ask for as equipment in the room does not correspond to the category nor at the price you chose when booking ...

De flesta av våra rum är inte längre slitna som du säger! ... men helt renoverat från golv till tak genom badrummet, el och sängkläder ...
