"This hotel is ideally located- within walking distance from the Zion National Park Visitor Center. The property gardens are beautifully maintained and has a great view of the virgin river and mountains. The service can definitely improve for the price of the hotel room being charged-not sure if they were short staffed. The breakfast room service dishes were never picked up from outside our room till late evening- i had to call the front desk to send someone. The lobby is extremely small. "

"Great little place to stay at while visiting Springdale for hikes in Zion. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to stay, nice little patio with the room, a pool to cool off after hikes and a convenient location. Keith at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! "

"This place was very cute and the service was amazing. The only thing is the pluming in our room was not the best and the toilet kept not wanting to flush. But when told to the front desk they jumped right in to help and solve the problem. "

"A beautiful stay on a working ranch. Sunset views with the Bison grazing. Surrounded by nature, it doesn’t get any better. Only TINY complaint was kitchen accessories were few. And since there is nowhere to eat within miles and miles, you either have to dine at their rustic restaurant or bring food in. If you follow a special diet that could be an issue. Would have been nice to have a toaster and reading lamps beside the bed. All in all if you like nature, this is the place to stay. "

" This property is perfectly located, only a few steps from the entrance to Zion national Park and sits on the flowing Virgin river. The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place! "

"Nice updated rooms that are very clean. We took advantage of the laundry facility on site. The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. We did no have to contact the staff for anything."

"The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. "

"We loved staying here. It is very comfortable and clean. And the grounds are lovely. The view from our cottage was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating out on the front porch, enjoying the serenity. We recommend asking for a cottage with a walk-in shower with a shower bar for stability, if you have trouble navigating a high tub for a shower. Wonderful place - highly recommend!!"
