I loved the concept of the Casa Amsterdam. It was fun to be around the young people who live and work at the hotel. The staff was especially helpful, warm, and friendly.

Our bathroom shower had mold. The towels were shedding and the room was very cold.

It’s generally clean but housekeeper is so rude. She said it’s too much for me I can’t clean your room I cleaned too much rooms :( .

清潔感があり良いホテルです。
ホテル、部屋共に清潔で掃除が行き届いていました。建物自体は少し古い感じがしましたが、部屋はリノベーションされており、古さをあまり感じさせない環境でした。 一旦不満を言えばシャワーの水圧が少し弱く、物足りなさを感じました。

Sehr empfehlenswert
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir sind oft in Nord Holland und haben viele Hotels gesehen. Das Personal war super nett und schnell. Ein Babybett mit einem Teddy als Geschenk kam prompt aufs Zimmer. Eine kleine Kapselmaschine und Wasserkocher war auf dem Zimmer sauber vorhanden. Tv Programm mit Youtube und auch deutsches Programm. Die Betten waren sehr bequem nur leider mit Besucherritze. Es war erstaunlich leise im Hotel. Der Kaffee unten im Bistro war sehr lecker und das Personal immer super unkompliziert. Ich würde jetzt nur den Schimmel im Silikon und Fuge bemängeln, jedoch muss man auch sagen, dass die Bäder innenliegend sind und man das eigentlich nicht in den Griff bekommt, ausser man tauscht alle drei Monate das Silikon aus. Die Preise sind sehr stabild zwischen den Jahren, nur minimale Aufschläge zum Wochenende. Wir kommen wieder

Nice hotel. However, please plan on fixing your air conditioning. Also, it would be nice to have more than one pillow. Try making it known how to reach the front desk from the phones located in the hotel rooms.
