We put customer service and satisfaction as our priority, which is why our cleaning, maintenance and operational team is available 7 days a week. Our check-in times are from 2 pm on - including the whole afternoon, evening and night. As we do not have a reception, it is very important to communicate with our guests and make arrangements for the check-in. Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances such as an emergency or heavy traffic. We sincerely apologize that we could not meet your expectations in this. Regarding the state of the apartment, we are happy to say that we have taken serious actions in order to increase the quality standards. If you wish, we can talk further about your experience to try to make things right.
