This was the second night we stayed in a Comfort Inn. The night before we stayed in one in a pet friendly room. It was disgusting and smelled of urine badly. When we said something we were informed it would be a $250 cleaning fee to have a different room. Because we had a 10lb poodle with us. It was late we had no choice. The following night we went to a different comfort inn and got a pet room again. This one didnt smell as bad but it still smelled. The chair was stained and tattered. The bathroom stand was filthy as well as the skirt on the bed. When we brought it up we were told the same thing as the previous hotel. Again it was late and we had no choice. We only stayed again after an email from Comfort Inn offering apologies and asking us to try again. No compensation just nice words. We tried a second time and the same results. I think they save room 210 for dog people, which is fine but they make no effort to clean it and or deodorize the rooms even though there is an extra charge for pets. While I appreciate being able to being my dog I dont think we should have to sleep in a urine smelling, old furniture, dirty room. Not again...sorry. Ill do research for rooms or air bnbs that have good clean pet friendly rooms and rules.

Hotel recommendation
Booking experience & check in easy, friendly and professional staff who remembered us from earlier stay. Very clean, room comfortable. Great breakfast and nice lounge with comfortable bar.Enjoyed our stay.

Not staying again, mislead
Old and out dated. Reviews showed 10/10 or 8/10 which led me to book this, but I would rate it 4/10. Breakfast was good, WiFi fair. Stains on furniture, dirty floors, structure needs work

My mom is sick with cancer and we had to stay a couple of extra days. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I could take care of her with little stress. The room was comfortable. I pray if anyone else gets placed in my position they stay here.

Showing its age, but decent value.
Breakfast was good -variety & quality. Room had a shabby upholstered chair and arm on desk chair was loose. Maybe room wasn't top notch because we had a dog and they assigned us a "pet room". Lobby furniture was also a bit thread bare. Good value wrt pet charge. Nearby hotels charged as much for the pet as they did for the room.
