"The location is excellent and at the centre of Playa Blanca. The Villa was contemporary, newly decorated and tasteful. All the white goods were new and everything clean and sterile. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The pool was lovely and warm, the staff were all polite and helpful, the only downside was they are fully booked for the summer, I know why!"

"First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. Pool, Way too cold for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast, the coffee, tea set up needs some better thought. Adult only and friendly staff with free parking just outside."

"Vi bodde på Villa Susaeta i påsken 2014 og vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre. Alt fungerte fra vi ankom hotellet med tanke på at det ikke er noen resepsjon. Vi fikk veldig god informasjon i forkant med reisebeskrivelse fra flyplassen til villaen, nøkler var på plass - ikke noe manglet. Vi hadde bestilt oppvarmet basseng og dette holdt 26-27 grader under hele oppholdet. Det beste med hele villaen var det fantastiske uteområdet med basseng, solsenger, spisebord og stoler. Utegrillen ble brukt flere...

"Fabulous hotel for traveling on a budget, the apartments were large and spacious with ample storage, the location was great and within walking distance to the water park and local beaches. "Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"
