"Great place to stay. Not crowded like Ponta Delgada. Is in a residential area, with a 2 minute walk to the shoreline. Nice area to walk along shore, a small ocean bay with a swimming within a 10 minute walk. Stayed on the second floor, they advertise you dont have a ocean view, but ocean was viewable as well a shore line to the west. Very clean, modern and quiet."

"The location was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues with the our room, mostly that the shower didn’t drain and would overflow onto the bathroom floor within minutes. It was a bummer to have an upgraded room with the pool, and be dealing with a silly issue like that."

"The property was downtown ponta Delgada and was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. there is a “fitness center” but the work out equipment is antique, there are no wipes or towels or water. The parking is in a garage but is very difficult to get into and out of as it is located on a pedestrian street and is extremely narrow to enter and exit. "

"Very well situated and easy to access from airport and elsewhere. The Garden is simply amazing with breathtaking bird parades in the morning and evening. The food is of high quality especially the jams made by the chef. The gym is large and outdoor pool superb. A little bit more cleaning of windows and room bathtub would make it simply exceptional."
