"The views at this property was incredible and the rooms were amazing. The outside furniture could use an upgrade but the hotel is very picturesque and makes for great photo ops. The initial interaction with front desk staff was not the warmest of what I expected but it got better. The property's location is great, very easy access into town. However, it is not easily accessible driving to the property initially. The rooms were very spacious and my favorite part of the hotel."

"I had the most AMAZING stay at Flamboyan!! I read all the reviews before booking and can confirm the following: 1. Wanda at the front desk is an angel on earth, period!! The rumors are all true, she'll take very good care of you with genuine love, patience, and kindness. 2. "This is a decent hotel. BUT, beware, there are LOTS of stairs to climb, no elevator, and no staff to carry bags. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which is 3 flights of stairs, had to carry all our stuff up and down the stairs. That aside, it's a decent place, well situated to shopping and dining in the downtown area. The room are old and tired, but functional. The complimentary breakfast is simple, but nice. Given the situation with the stairs, not sure we'd go back."

"This property was amazing. The view was outstanding, access to the snorkeling area, pool & hot tub. The peacock that lives around the property is beautiful & we saw a few iguanas too. The housekeeping service was great, made our visit stress free. We loved the double doors that open out to the amazing view and cooked in a couple nights to enjoy the view. The store on the property is so convenient. We hope to be back one day."
