"Only stayed in hotel one night, but it was clean and comfortable. Bed was great. A phone for a wake up call would have been helpful, as I was worried about waking up for my early flight. Otherwise, no complaints. Receptionist was very friendly. Close to the airport and free shuttle to the airport : )"

"This was a fantastic choice for proximity to everything. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, National Archeological Museum, Ancient Agora and the streets of Plaka. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar has a great view of the Acropolis. The only issue we had was with our bathroom door. "The hotel had experienced a technical problem which meant that we had to be relocated to a hotel nearby for the first night of our stay. It was a little inconvenient but the Manager and her team were extremely professional and did everything they could to make up for the disruption. "

"The main advantages of the Hotel Plaka are its very central location and ease of transport to and from the airport. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The room was clean and had a really nice porch area. We do not drink alcohol, however, they left a nice small bottle of wine in the room. The bed was a little firm, but there was nothing that kept us from sleeping. We stayed one night and we would definitely stay there again. We were able to be taken by van to the airport the next morning, which was very convenient. Very good experience."

"Wonderful short stay. Although the outside of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, the inside reception area, and room were very clean. Everyone so friendly and the breakfast excellent. They have a van shuttle to the cruise ship terminal that was very convenient. Definitely someplace I will stay for future excursions to Athens"
