Absolutely amazing all inclusive! Staff were so friendly, attentive and professional! Food was mostly always great and nightly entertainment was awesome! We met good people and had such a great time that we extended our stay two more nights! Will be back.

The room needed some work. There were no face towels in the room when we arrived. But overall, the experience was excellent. There were a couple of servers that didn’t seem to attentive. Especially on the beach. But overall, a very good visit.

Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed ...

Best customer service of any resort or hotel I have been to. Food was great! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The resort overall was beautiful. I had an amazing time and look forward to booking another stay with Beloved in the future.

The rooms and services are amazing. The grounds of the hotel are really well kept and the drinks, when you can find a good barman are really excellent! Would totally repeat the experience.

Clean and quiet but the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress had a plastic cover under the sheets that was loud and made us hot. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
