The room we stayed in wasn’t exactly new but it was kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was loud but we got used to it as white noise. Positives: well maintained grounds, warm staff who always greet you well. Negatives: waiting consistently for 1hr+ for a place in the restaurants in the evening is not ok.

A lot of the things in the suite were not working. This includes much of the lighting in the bedroom as well as lighting in the pool room. Also, the thermostat in the pool room did not function.
