amenities and food were awful. lazy river and pool temperatures not as described on website. we tried shortening reservations due to quality of resort and were basically forced to stay.

Everything was outstanding , only issue we had was check in was supposed to be 3pm we arrived at 7:30! Am and stored luggage , we let them know early and we didn’t get in the room till 4pm . The room was good for what we used it for. I was not a fan of the bathroom set up. I was no privacy to the rest of the bathroom, or the suite. Believe the price should have been more affordable.

Well, the staff are really great and helpful. And I mean everyone. From the head chef, to the bartenders and wait staff, room service, butlers, cleaning staff, and pool attendants.

A lot of the things in the suite were not working. This includes much of the lighting in the bedroom as well as lighting in the pool room. Also, the thermostat in the pool room did not function.
