We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 of the 4 nights our shower was making a loud noise so the front desk checked us into another room. The remaining 2 nights there was an issue with the AC. I’m giving it a 4 stars since the front desk waived all the resort fees they were very nice

We could not make our reservation due to a change beyond our control- the sporting events bumped our concert on May 8-a few days before May 8 and unexpectedly. When such a situation occurs, good business practice warrants a refund to the customer!

Very clean hotel and accessible to the strip. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there was not a coffee pot in the room and getting a cup of coffee in the hotel or surrounding areas cost $7-$8.00 a cup.
