"We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!"

"Great location, staff were amazing. I took ill and required a doctor, which they swiftly arranged, They then arranged a taxi to take me hospital. During my stay in hospital the staff were very attentive and looked after my sister who was left alone in the hotel. Rooms were spotless with great amenities and a lovely balcony with loungers that I used instead of going to the pool when I was discharged so that I could use the facilities in the apartment. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel. The only downside is lots of steps, if you are infirm this could be an issue. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff."

"This is not a moan about the Neptuno Apartments but our timing on dpending 11 days in the middle of June Expecting a nice quiet relaxing holiday was spoilt by a lot of young adults acting like children. I know thats how they enjoy thereselves these days but did put a dampener on our time there. Other than that 10/10 Neptuno keep up the good work."

"Great property, clean tidy and friendly. The apartment was big, ckean and basically a perfect stat. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Very well looked after. Was further from the town and the beach and up a steep hill which wasn't advertised or anticipated. Taxis are needed. Ither that a wonderful stay."
