"Location was hard to find at first the address that’s given on the booking site is not a hotel it’s a neighborhood. The property was beautiful on the outside it was ok in the lobby and dining area needs a little upgrade but decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful the food was delicious from the bar breakfast on point everyday. Parking was horrible it was limited paid parking so I paid for parking and when we came back to the hotel we didn’t have a parking spot we had to drive around and wait. The hotel in the hallways was very cold and once I arrived in my room the carpet was very damp made it uncomfortable to walk without shoes my mini fridge was not cleaned out other than that Me and my family love a good Hyatt!!!!"

"This place was awful. No phone, no lamps (there was a florescent light on the wall) no hair dryer, no clothes hangers, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The whole toilet was crooked, the bath towels were dirty. We found a cockroach on the floor. We had to leave a $100 cash deposit and when we went to leave at 7:30 am, the front desk clerk said we couldn't get it back until after 9am. That made us an hour and a half late leaving for our next destination. Would not recommend. I will never stay there again!"

"The grounds were filthy and unkept. There were cigarette butts everywhere and trash scattered about the grounds. The parking lot had leaves and limbs covering the parking lot in areas. It appears that the parking lot has not been blown off since the fall. I was concerned about walking my dog around the grounds. Also, there were no bags for the dog waste available. The door to my room was not sealed as there was a half inch crack letting in light and air near the bottom. I also found a couple of cockroaches in the room."

"One day, at 8.30min the morning, there was absolutely nothing to eat, except some black coffee. No eggs, no meat, no bread, no muffins, no bagels, no mix for waffles, no syrup, no milk, no juices. Absolutely nothing and only one person looking around to see what was missing."

"You get what you pay for. I didn’t expect much going into it, it’s not a 5 star hotel experience by any means but I don’t think that’s expected. It was quality, and it was inn. lol. Pool was over ran w kids & families, breakfast was really good but I waited 25 minutes to cook a 2 min waffle because a guy stood there making 20 for a huge entire family back to back to back. Definitely wouldn’t stay unless there were no better options, in our case memorial / local graduation made it hard to book day of. We aren’t local so didn’t realize. They have another great location we did love in gulf breeze, beach front. Stayed there on the way in. Hoped to stay again on the way back but it was all booked due to the events happening so ended up at this one. Didn’t expect much, didn’t get much!"
