"All good at this Hotel. Outstanding staffs in the reception and breakfast area. The rooms were comfortable with both coffee machine and kettle provided. Considerate enough to provide us with umbrella when the rail played spoil sport.The breakfast had a good spread, with a very welcoming Mexian and Asian cuisine. With lake Limmat on the side and other major streets within walkable distance, the location is unbeatable.Overall good stay, will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed staying here. We were able to check in early after a really long flight. Everyone was friendly. We spent a lot of time in the bar and loved Ronnie the bartender. The food was good especially the gnocchi soup. Our view was great and despite it being like really busy outside we didn’t hear any of it. Our room was lovely as well "

"We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel. It is an awesome hotel. The only downside was the breakfast food was all cold, even the food supposed to be hot, like bacon and eggs. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly."
