No free parking despite being advertised and no parking near the hotel at all. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, floor was warped and very noisy, some towels had traces of blood on them, the shower was cramped and way too short for anyone of average height. Breakfast below average. Almost no written English, when there was something in English or Italian the translations were either poor or made no sense.

Affordable in central Zuoz

Hotel was clean and nice, classically decorated. Breakfast was pretty decent too, and room price was low for Switzerland. Location is very central, next to the finish of La Diagonela ski race. One caveat though: the church is close by, and the bell tolls quite loud at least to 11pm when I dozed off. Be sure to bring ear plugs if your room is on that side.

Cozy and fantastic hotel. Staff and owners A+

Fantastic family run hotel. Super cozy. Owner and staff are fantastic! There's even a bakery and desert restaurant inside that is fabulous. Be aware, it is an older hotel, so it won't have the modern comforts of other types of hotels though.

Stilvolles Hotel

Das Hotel ist leicht zu erreichen. Es liegt mitten zwischen alten Häusern im Ortszentrum und hat insbesondere abends ein besonderes Ambiente. Das Restaurant des Hauses ist stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam, freundlich und liebenswürdig, Wünsche werden umgegend erfüllt. Überzeugt hat das sehr reichhaltiges hochwertige Frühstücksbuffet Insgesamt empfehle ich das Hotel gern weiter.

War zum wiederholten Mal hier. In unterschiedlichen Zimmern. War wieder sehr gut und freundliche Inhaber. Parkplatzsituation war aber wieder knapp bemessen. Wird aufgrund des Standortes aber nicht anders möglich sein. Frühstück ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Herbstwandertage

Wir erlebten wunderbare Herbstwandertage im Engadin. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Zimmer komfortabel und das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Die Parkplatzsituation ist suboptimal und der Herr im Service war zum Teil überfordert. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist aber die Chefin, die sich in Bezug auf Zusatzwünsche auch sehr flexibel zeigte.
