Staff was extremely disorganized. I was billed twice and told the matter would be resolved in the morning. They have ignored emails and will have to resolve through credit card company. Complete lack of professionalism.

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!
