"First, the good: the place where as very clean and in a great location close to our conference, located in front of a bus station. Lots of great amenities like sauna and pool. The bad: the check in process is poor- convoluted, reponse time was poor, and a lot of contradictory information. I received the address and check in information only after I had left my country, and I couldnt get in. It was dark, late, and I was covered in mosquito bites. I called the service number and a lady...

"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "
