"sur le site web j'avais vu terrasse sur le toit. Il n'y en avait pas.
Le restaurent est bien mais très dispendieux.
La salle de bain était à rénover.
La vitre de la douche pour empêcher l'eau était brisée."
"The room is nice and the staff was friendly. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely impeccable. The views are amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed the evening chocolates and fruit as well. We had everything we needed in the room. The staff looked after us quite well.
We really appreciated them setting up tours for us. That said, all of our tours were perfect...and we really enjoyed Feti, Lofti & Sadok. Although they are not associated with the hotel, we appreciated them setting us up with these wonderful guides. It made the trip extra memorable."
"Staff were super helpful, especially when I twisted my ankle and security went to the pharmacy to pick me up some analgesia. 5th floor staff always friendly and welcoming for breakfast etc and drinks on the beautiful terrace.
Our suite was spectacular. The only issue was the slow shower drain and I’ll-fitting door that we had to take care with not to flood the bathroom. "
"Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. SUPER clean, spacious, and it felt like a spa every day. Fridge allowed me to bring home snacks, and I could have cooked a bit if I wanted. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Water at reception was a great touch when I was in a pinch from being able to go to the market. The hustle of the surrounding market was a blast but it was completely silent in our room other than the sweet birds in the courtyard in the early morning. I was in absolute peace and highly recommend this hotel."
