"The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. "5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch.
