"Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Standard und Sauberkeit sind gut. Das Personal ist unterirdisch. Wann immer man etwas braucht (Reisepass im System für die Skipässe hinterlegen, einchecken, auschecken, fehlende Speisen am Buffet, kein Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, ....) dauert es Stunden bis es gemacht wird, wenn überhaupt."

"The hotel itself is very nice and clean The staff are very friendly with the exception they really don't speak any English so even the simplest things they don't understand I did pick the property because it said they speak both English and Chinese but they're English is very very limited if at all and then even in all of China when you use a app to translate to Chinese they still can look at you funny and don't really understand it so I'm not sure what the translation does but it's not as...

"The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! The room itself was spotless and cozy, with bedding so comfortable I slept like a dream. Breakfast was a delight too. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I’d definitely come back next time!
