"We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. The hotel also had lots of entertainment on offer, particularly the Cretan Night, where...

"We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area."

"The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there."

"Amazing stay. Very tranquil property and extremely clean and well kept. Katerina was their absolute best waitress. If you did get anyone but her service was honestly subpar. And if you’re staying multiple days the menu can honestly become mundane. But there are restaurants just a quick 5 minute walk away. If you are looking to visit the beach more than the pool this isn’t the area to stay. The beaches are VERY rocky. Huge rocks."

"The room was clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Everyone was very attentive and the food/drink options are fantastic. The hotel is busy so it can be hard to get a sun bed after 10:30am but overall it is a very beautiful place to visit."

The accommodation is located is located in a lovely, quiet location but close enough to plenty of restaurants and towns. The main pool is fantastic with a small bar offering great food and drinks. "Het resort en personeel zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een privatepool villa wat best prijzig was en wilde ook wat privacy. Maar dat bleek toch iets anders, er gingen veel mensen pal voor ons zwembad zitten en er was veel doorloop. Personeel hielp echt goed en dacht mee, maar voor ons niet wat wij zelf in gedachte hadden voor die prijs. Dus zijn we naar een prive villa in Gouves gegaan. Iets duurder maar zo mooi, groot en prive met eigen zwembad. Het personeel gaf aan dat ze het...

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Swimm-up pool, das wirklich toll war, aber leider war die dazugehörige Terrasse nicht beschattet. Unsere Nachfrage um einen Sonnenschirm wurde abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass es verboten ist wegen dem Wind. So konnten wir eigentlich nie draußen liegen, da viel zu heiß. Ansonsten ist es ein nicht allzugroßes, überschaubares Hotel mit schönen Strandliegen und Bar. Man benötigt Badeschuhe, dann ist es angenehmer ins Wasser zu gehen. Wunderbare, freundliche Mitarbeiter...
