"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "Generally, it was OK. There doesn’t seem to be an office on site. The only person we talk talked to during our stay was the guard who took us to our room and answered our questions.
